Alexander earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland, followed by a master’s degree in medical science from St. Francis University. He was awarded his Physician Assistant Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College.

He’s certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery.
