Sarah Mulligan grew up in Asheboro, North Carolina, and pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She later completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at East Carolina University.
Sarah is a board-certified Physician Assistant, licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery.
Her clinical interests focus on sports medicine and joint replacement procedures. Sarah provides care to patients at the Wake Forest and Raleigh locations.
