Alexa Pagnanelli, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant who grew up in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Alexa earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, Tennessee, with a focus on surgical training. Prior to graduate school, Alexa completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where hands-on experience was gained working with the men’s basketball and women’s volleyball programs as a student athletic trainer.
Alexa is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds licensure from the North Carolina Medical Board. Alexa cares for patients at the Durham and Southpoint locations and works in collaboration with Dr. Viens.
