Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia before completing her Physician Assistant training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2021. Her clinical background includes experience in both emergency medicine and family medicine prior to joining EmergeOrtho.
She is a board-certified Physician Assistant, holding licensure through the North Carolina Medical Board and certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Rachel is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. She also has a passion for baking, reading, and exploring the outdoors through hiking.
